DASH diet is a healthy diet for the household. Housewives will need to design the diet for their family. Previously it was based on the ‘Food triangle’ – small amount of salt and sugar at the top and plenty of vegetables at the bottom. Now it is replaced by the ‘my food plate’ concept because it can give the housewives a clearer concept of the food proportions.

In the video, Ms Cheuk Wai Han and Ms Wong Sui Lan talked on the principle of the DASH diet and Ms Yuen Hing Wah and Ms Yuen Suk Ching showed the actual examples.
